As the successful applicant you will be able to demonstrate a blend of technical and functional knowledge, be comfortable dealing with and resolving day to day queries and issues. Take responsibility for basic configuration and debugging work. It is important that you can show experience and knowledge of the following areas, you don't need to be an expert in all but should be able to show detailed knowledge in a couple of areas
Foundational Data Model (FDM) – A strong understanding of Worktags would be a good example
