Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking for an exciting new challenge? Would you like to join a global financial services business who are investing heavily in the latest technology looking to maximise the ROI that Salesforce can bring?
This newly created role working with a leading international hedge fund will be tasked with providing a world class service to the business and be a key hire as they build out an internal business systems delivery function covering support, development, and product management to improve the utilisation, integration and adoption of existing systems including Salesforce to drive best practice and ROI across the finance and human resources teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that will deploy the latest technology. As the successful applicant a selection of your key duties will include:
- System Administration & Development: Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions. Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and system capabilities.
- Support & Maintenance: Handle daily support requests and troubleshoot issues promptly. Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business tools, including Workday and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Drive automation and process optimization across business functions.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, global environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Experience working with Workday or similar enterprise systems for integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, additional Salesforce certifications a plus.
