Are you an ambitious technology professional with a passion for AI? Would you like to join a leading asset management business and play a pivotal role driving AI adoption?
As the successful candidate, you will join a leading global investment management organisation that is building out a firm-wide AI enablement and adoption programme and play a central role in helping investment professionals embed AI safely, confidently, and productively into their day-to-day workflows. You will set at the intersection of business, technology, and change, acting as the primary enablement interface between Digital & Technology teams and investment stakeholders across the organisation.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Driving AI adoption across business functions as part of a broader AI democratisation initiative
- Designing and delivering structured enablement activities
- Building reusable AI assets
- Establishing a network of trained AI champions across the firm
You will work closely with investment professionals and central technology teams, helping users understand how and when to apply tools such as large language models and Microsoft Copilot to real investment management use cases. You will also help evolve the programme as AI capabilities, tooling, and business needs continue to develop.
To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in the asset management, financial services or real estate industries, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business. Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools including large language models such as Claude or comparable platforms, and Microsoft Copilot to solve real business problems is essential. You are comfortable building working solutions, not just describing them, and can demonstrate AI capabilities credibly to non-technical audiences. You should have the ability to identify and prioritise high-value opportunities, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and adapt approaches based on feedback and evolving programme needs. Strong analytical and organisational skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset are required.
In return, we offer a competitive basic salary, benefits scheme including bonus, career progression and development alongside hybrid working.
