We are looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Business Support Executive to join our vibrant team based in Reading. This role is paramount to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will be responsible for organising meeting rooms, greeting external guests and general administration duties. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, efficient, and reliable support service to our team
- Assist with client enquiries/taking messages/servicing meetings
- Prepare and produce documentation
- Actively be involved with record keeping and electronic file management
- Offer event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements
- Take on a broad range of general administration duties
This role is office based with the opportunity for occasional work from home by prior agreement.

- Some office experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills, and strong initiative
- Ability to work proactively, both in teams and remotely
