We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Landscape Designer to join our Design team, whose work is national in its reach and collaborative in approach. Turley create places of quality that deliver development value through the intelligent and expert application of the UK planning system. We work with clients on interesting and compelling projects that deliver better places.
Our multi-faceted team comprises architects, landscape architects and designers with a planning qualification, giving us a unique and rich blend of skills and backgrounds. We seek a highly competent and driven Landscape Designer who is committed to their own development and at the forefront of professional best practice. You will have experience of contributing to landscape led-masterplanning projects from inception to completion with particular emphasis on providing great client service and the delivery of high-quality outputs.
The successful candidate will have experience in the production of landscape and planting strategies and landscape statements as well as landscape design and associated plans for both outline and detailed applications, be highly skilled and creative in their approach, and be confident in how they discuss their ideas through both verbal and written or graphical communication. The successful candidate will also regularly be involved with our urban design schemes, working with the wider Design team across a varied range of projects.
A degree in Landscape Architecture and/or a post-graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture or relevant discipline is desired with solid experience in UK housing and mixed-use projects gained in landscape, design, and/or architectural consultancies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft packages will be required with 3D computer modelling, rendering, and hand drawing skills desirable.
