This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to launch or further establish their creative career within a growing Creative Design team that delivers an exceptional quality of service in support of our consultancy work and internal communications. Working closely with the Creative Lead, and with guidance from wider team members across our office network, the role involves creating a wide range of touchpoints across both print and digital media, including brochures, presentations, marketing collateral, digital and social media assets, and materials for public engagement and events.

With a new visual identity now in place and a redesigned website due to launch in July 2026, this is an especially exciting time to join the team as we continue to embed and evolve this identity across the business. The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £27,000.

  • Be able to demonstrate conceptual thinking and creative awareness.
  • Have a good understanding of design-for-print and a working knowledge of digital design, including website and motion design.
  • Have experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with any skills in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and website development using Squarespace and Framer considered desirable.
  • Have a genuine interest in all aspects of creative design is essential, along with curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring ideas in depth - whether that’s branding and visual identity, layout systems, digital interaction, or motion storytelling.
  • Be committed to continuous learning, exploration, and developing your craft will be key to thriving in this role.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, staying organised and focused to deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

This role would suit someone at the beginning of their professional design career who is eager to learn and develop within a supportive, collaborative environment. You may currently be working as a Junior Graphic Designer, be in your first design role, or have gained relevant experience through your studies, placements, internships, or freelance work.
