We are looking for an Associate Director to be based in Reading, Southampton or Cambridge working across varied projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We have an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of service to high profile clients, including major land owners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers. As an Associate Director at Turley, I drive forward and deliver a wide range of projects, for a variety of clients and in collaboration with our different expert services across the company. Collaboration and independent thinking is at the centre of Turley’s ethos. Having progressed from the Senior Planner role, I have been supported and encouraged by co-owners to develop and take on exciting opportunities, in a way that works for me.
As an Associate Director level you will:
- Make a significant contribution to major and complex projects or manage a portfolio of smaller projects;
- Actively seek, win and deliver profitable new work;
- Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit;
- Be supported to develop and grow professionally;
- Be part of a dynamic, supportive and well established Planning team.
To be successful in this role, you will be/have:
- Highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business. Someone who brings energy, ideas, and positivity;
- Developing experience of winning new work as a Senior Planner and demonstrable experience of winning new work at Associate Director level;
- Developed strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts;
- A proven track record on advising on major and complex projects;
- A team player, one who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others;
- MRTPI qualified.
