Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to join a team where you will be encouraged to learn and grow? We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team based in Manchester. As Credit Controller you will build and maintain effective relationships with a portfolio of clients to promote a high performing credit control service to the business which forms an integral part of our overall client service. You will be encouraged to learn and grow, take on new challenges and contribute fresh ideas. You will have experience in a similar, fast paced role, ideally in a professional services environment e.g., planning consultancy, law firm, and accountancy practice.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Proactive ownership of your own debt ledger, responsible for ensuring robust actions are taken throughout the end-to-end debt cycle
  • Proactive chasing of payments within a professional services setting
  • Managing Risk to ensure your debt ledger is prioritized to achieve the best outcomes
  • Ability to have a flexible approach in helping our clients whilst driving commercial success
  • Delivering accurate closure of month end activities around allocations achieved
