We are looking for a Senior Planner to be based in Cambridge working across varied projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We have an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of service to high profile clients, including major land owners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers. We are passionate about the places we help to shape.
About the role
- Undertake a supporting role within major and complex projects or lead role on smaller projects in conjunction with others;
- Develop your networks and approach to work winning;
- Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit;
- Be supported to develop and grow professionally;
- Be part of a dynamic, supportive and well established Planning team.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business.
- Someone who brings energy, ideas, and positivity.
- Developing experience of winning new work as a Senior Planner and demonstrable experience of winning new work at Associate Director level.
- Developed strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts.
- A proven track record on advising on major and complex projects.
- A team player, one who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others.
- MRTPI qualified.
