We are looking for an Associate Director to join our highly motivated and passionate London Planning team working across varied projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We have an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of service to high profile clients across the Capital, including major land owners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers. We are passionate about the places we help to shape.
As an Associate Director you will:
- Make a significant contribution to major / complex projects or manage a portfolio of varied smaller projects;
- Actively seek, win and deliver profitable new work;
- Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit;
- Be supported to develop and grow professionally;
- Be part of a dynamic and well established Planning team.
To be successful in this role, you will be/have:
- Highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business;
- Someone who brings energy, ideas, and positivity;
- Demonstrable experience of winning new work at Associate Director level;
- A strong profile in the London market having developed strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts;
- A proven track record on advising on major and complex projects;
- A team player, one who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others;
- MRTPI qualified.
