About the role

Progress your career within a vibrant and progressive consultancy. We are looking for an Associate Director to be based in Reading, Cambridge or Southampton working across varied projects, including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We have an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of service to high profile clients, including major land owners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers. We are passionate about the places we help to shape.

As an Associate Director level you will:

  • Make a significant contribution to major and complex projects or manage a portfolio of smaller projects;
  • Actively seek, win and deliver profitable new work;
  • Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit;
  • Be supported to develop and grow professionally;
  • Be part of a dynamic, supportive and well established Planning team.

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

  • Highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business.
  • Someone who brings energy, ideas, and positivity
  • Demonstrable experience of winning new work
  • Strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts.
  • A proven track record on advising on major and complex projects
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others
