About the Bank

TurkishBank UK has been a reputable financial institution for over 50 years, dedicated to serving the Turkish-speaking community.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in branch management or financial services leadership
• Strong business development skills with a proven track record in revenue growth
• Ability to build and expand relationships with affluent clients
• Expertise in banking products (lending, deposits, wealth management)
• Solid understanding of FCA, PRA, AML, KYC regulations
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Must have a valid UK work permit

What will you do?

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA, PRA) and risk management
• Drive profitability through strategic partnerships and business development
