About The Role
As an Associate Instructor, you will draw on deep technical and consulting expertise to deliver high-quality engaging training, virtually or in-person to support our customers develop and deploy AI-driven models and simulations to support decision making across areas such as:
- AI-driven decision support and data modelling
- Software engineering and system development
- Multi-criteria decision frameworks and analytical methodologies
- Design and delivery of real-world applied solutions
You will bring real practitioner insight to your delivery, grounded in extensive experience in software development, analytics, strategic consulting and complex system engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions based on real project experience
- Translate complex analytical and AI concepts into clear, practical learning
- Demonstrate modelling approaches such as:
- System dynamics
- Multi-criteria decision analysis
- Confrontation analysis
- Statistical and data-driven forecasting
Requirements
- Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research or related field
- Extensive professional experience across:
- AI, data science and analytics
- Software design and full lifecycle development (.NET, Python, Azure, REST)
- Data modelling, Simulation and mathematical methods
- Enterprise consulting across public and private sector
- Decision-support systems
- High-integrity financial, statistical or reporting applications
- Large-scale modelling or simulation tools
