You will apply your expertise in workplace discrimination, wage and hour compliance, ERISA, and labor relations to evaluate how AI handles employment law scenarios. • Apply a structured legal rubric to assess issue spotting, accuracy of employment statutes, and proper application of agency guidelines (EEOC, DOL, NLRB).
  • Identify gaps in AI reasoning around burden-shifting frameworks (McDonnell Douglas), employee classification, non-compete enforceability, and workplace safety (OSHA).
  • Provide detailed, high-quality annotations and written feedback to refine AI models.
  • Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school; Bar admission (active/inactive).
  • 3+ years of U.S. legal practice in employment law, labor relations, or workplace compliance.
