Role Overview
We are seeking Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with hands‑on experience in Quick Books Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support.
This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data‑heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities.
Requirements
- Senior Account professionals - CFO, COO (Finance), Financial Controller, Financial Director, VP (Finance), other Senior Finance Experts
- Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters (especially US based SMBs)
- Must have an experience working with/advising three or more organizations
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
- Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.
- Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries.
