Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Financial and Investment Analysts to help train advanced AI systems.

You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving financial modeling, valuation, investment research, portfolio analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.

You will verify technical accuracy, assumptions, and practical relevance, helping AI produce reliable, well-reasoned insights aligned with professional standards and real-world financial decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience at Analyst or Associate level in investment banking, asset management, equity research, credit, or corporate finance.
  • CFA Level II or above, or active progress toward the CAIA qualification; a completed charter is preferred for candidates with 5–6 years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in company valuation, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial-statement analysis.
  • Practical experience in credit analysis, capital markets, investment research, or portfolio evaluation.
  • Ability to create technically accurate and realistic finance tasks with clear assumptions, calculations, analysis, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
  • Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
  • Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details

  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor
