Reporting to the EU General Manager, Turbosmart UK is looking for a passionate automotive aftermarket enthusiast to join our sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you'll build and maintain strong customer relationships, process sales orders, manage customer records, and support customers with basic technical and warranty enquiries. You'll also prepare sales reports and provide day-to-day administrative support, helping to keep the business running smoothly while contributing to the continued success of the team.

Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:

  • Entering sales orders into the ERP system
  • Providing accurate quotations, pricing, and availability
  • Maintaining and updating systems/databases with customer information and orders
  • Proactively and continually contacting customers to maintain relationships
  • Creating specific customer and product sales reports
  • Handling basic technical support inquiries via email and phone
  • Reviewing and processing any warranty or stock returns
  • Assisting with organising attendance at events
  • Performing other ad hoc administrative functions as required

Your application will have an advantage if:

  • You have at least two to three years’ experience in a sales/customer service role
  • You have knowledge of aftermarket automotive products/Turbosmart products
  • You have intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • You have experience working with an ERP/CRM system (Netsuite)
