Turbo Technics are a precision engineering company based in Brackmills Northampton and have been making parts for the turbo industry for the last 43 years. We are currently looking for a valid team member to join our machine shop:

  • Manual machining experience (milling, turning and cylindrical grinding would be an advantage)
  • Able to read engineering drawings
  • Able to produce parts safely, accurately and efficiently
  • Produce parts in a variety of different materials; mild steel, stainless steel, brass, plastics and nickel cast iron
  • Inspect parts using micrometer/verniers
  • Able to follow company policies and procedures
  • Minimum at least 3 years’ experience

Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 4.30pm, Friday 07:30am to 1:30pm.

Excellent rates of pay depending on experience. We also have an attendance bonus scheme. Holiday starting at 23 days plus 8 stats, this raises to 26 days after time served.
