CNC LATHE Overview

Turbo Technics is a precision engineering company based in Brackmills Northampton and have been making parts and machinery for the turbo industry for the last 41 years. We have a current vacancy for a team member to join our machine shop:

  • A skilled CNC FANUC lathe programming, setting and operating
  • Able to read engineering drawings
  • Able to produce parts safely, accurately and efficiently
  • Working with a variety of materials; mild steel, stainless steel, brass, plastics and nickel cast iron
  • Inspecting parts using micrometers/verniers etc.
  • Able to follow company policies and procedures
  • Minimum at least 3 years experience.

Hours of work:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4.30pm
  • Friday 07:30am to 1:30pm

Benefits:

  • Excellent rates of pay depending on experience
  • We also have an attendance bonus scheme
  • Holiday starting at 23 days plus 8 stats this rises to 26 days after time served
