We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d) to support our Marketing team in various tasks revolving around Marketing Automation and Email Marketing through tools including Marketo and Inxmail. This role acts as a key player in setting up and automating sophisticated marketing journeys to nurture both prospects and customers through their lifecycle as well as executing ad-hoc email campaigns on a global level.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years working in marketing automation and email marketing (Marketo experience preferred, but not required)
- An understanding of the lead funnel, scoring and strategies to optimize lead conversion
- Experience working with a CRM system (MS Dynamics CRM experience is a plus)
- Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management
- Deep understanding of Marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by understanding of complex data sets
- Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with cross-functional teams with the help of a team-oriented mindset paired with leadership mentality which will help you strive for greatness and grow as our team expands
- Keen interest in Performance Marketing topics and the utilization of the latest tools, techniques, and processes to make your work as efficient as possible
- English (fluent); German is a plus
