As a Payroll Officer you will be responsible for entering payroll data into the payroll spreadsheet which will include preparing manual calculations for salary changes, starters and leavers.
You will be expected to review sickness reports from the HR System and Managers to ensure unpaid sickness is included on the payroll spreadsheet for deduction.
As part of your role you will prepare monthly payroll for sign off by Leadership Team.
You should be able to communicate at all levels and be the point of contact for payroll related queries and responding within a timely manner.

The role is suitable for someone who is an outstanding communicator with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as understanding the importance of confidentiality and proven payroll experience.
