We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you will support marketing processes within our martech stack, including lead routing, building segmentation lists, building emails, auditing 3rd party integrations, list importing, and supporting database hygiene. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools, a knack for data analysis, and thrives in a dynamic, creative problem‑solving environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year marketing experience with hands‑on use of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness.
