Turbo Driving is recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers (C) for a leading logistics company in Rochester. This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and a strong earning package including a £2,000 sign up bonus.

Location: Rochester

Shift: Monday to Friday; Start times between 04:00 - 06:00

Pay & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday: LTD £23 per hour
  • £2,000 Sign-up Bonus (T&Cs Apply)
  • PAYE and LTD Drivers Accepted
  • New Pass Drivers Welcome
  • Guaranteed 48 hours per week

The Role:

  • Two-person team deliveries
  • Heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
  • Delivering to houses, flats and building sites
  • Deliver to room of choice
  • Use of sack barrow & stair climber
  • Abide by driving rules and regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently

Please note: This role is approximately 70% manual handling and 30% driving.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence
  • Hold a valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
  • Hold a valid UK CPC Card
  • Have a clear DBS check (we will complete this with you)
  • Pass a drug & alcohol test
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team

  • 4-hour assessment (Drug & Alcohol Test, Theory Test & Driving Assessment)
  • DBS check completion
  • 1-week paid company induction
