Turbo Driving are seeking a motivated and can-do attitude Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team in Warrington.
Days of Work: Mon-Fri
Hours of Work: 08.30-17.00pm - to be confirmed in interview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging potential candidates for HGV Driving positions. We value transferable skills and provide comprehensive training so that you can exceed within this job role:
- Be a team player and work well within a team.
- Have excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Make outbound calls to candidates to initiate first point of contact and screen all applicants.
- Match your candidates' skillset to our clients' needs, conduct phone call screening, and organise meetings with third parties.
- Be organised and have good attention to detail.
- Have the ability to prioritise workload as sometimes this role can be quite reactive - no two days are the same.
- Work alongside a team of consultants. You will be their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
- Building rapport with drivers and developing relationships.
What we would ideally want from yourself:
- Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, candidate sourcing, or delivery-focused recruitment.
- A passion for supporting candidates into employment.
- Good understanding of day-to-day responsibilities.

- Excellent phone manner with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
