Tunstall is seeking a People Advisor to join the People team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. The role is based at our Whitley, Yorkshire office with hybrid working and flexibility on pattern.
You will build manager capability, support workforce design, and help deliver the People Plan in a fast-paced environment. You will bring proven ER advisory experience, coaching skills, and strong knowledge of UK employment law to support managers and drive a positive, compliant workplace culture.
