Overview
IFS Functional Analyst – Field Service Module – 12-month Fixed Term Contract at Tunstall Healthcare (UK). The role is based at Whitley site (DN14 0HR) on a hybrid basis with initial onsite presence required; exact onsite days are flexible according to project and business needs.
What you will be doing in this role
As an IFS Systems Analyst, you will facilitate the successful execution of Tunstall’s ERP business transformation strategy by aligning business processes globally and delivering benefits through ERP and other software and technology solutions.
The Ideal candidate
You will have proven experience as a Systems Analyst on IFS, with strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present both the big picture and detailed designs. You will be collaborative, capable of gathering requirements from stakeholders, understanding business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering effective training on ERP system processes and usage. An analytical mindset is important to organise and analyse data to support decision making.

Key skills and experience
- Proven experience in a comparable role with IFS
- Ability to communicate the big picture and detailed designs effectively
- Experience in consulting with and training stakeholder and super-user communities
- Experience organizing and analysing data to support decision-making
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of common business processes and strong time management
- Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to clarify and communicate complex issues
Desirable Skills And Experience
- Experience using JIRA
- Exposure to data migration and data/systems integration techniques
- Experience defining requirements and translating to technical specifications
- Any experience with IFS Finance or Supply Chain modules
- Understanding of change management processes
