We are looking to recruit a Production Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Production Engineering team based at our facility in Whitley. This role is central to ensuring production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and products to the highest standards of design and manufacturing excellence.
Main Purpose of Role: As a Production Process Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the process flow of manufactured products from printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) through to top level assembly. You will produce effective assembly methods, standard operating procedures, control of document surveys, furnished product routings, inspection checklists for product setup and improve the efficiencies of our assembly lines.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role.
The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role you must have proven hands-on experience in production process engineering and have a relevant engineering degree, or equivalent experience. You will be a good communicator, collaborative in your approach, with good technical writing skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude, able to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.
