Tungsten West is hiring a hands-on IT Technician to join our Hemerdon Mine team in Plymouth on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support Microsoft 365, Intune and on-premises technologies, helping keep critical plant systems secure and available.
You will provide first- and second-line IT support, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and liaise with external suppliers as projects and upgrades unfold. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.
