Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale our marketing technology infrastructure, data governance, and campaign execution capabilities across a global enterprise environment. This person will drive best-in-class marketing automation via Eloqua and optimize multi-system integration across the full funnel—from awareness to measurement. You’ll serve as the operational lead for campaign enablement, lead lifecycle tracking, and marketing performance insights, with a strong focus on compliance, consistency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership & Martech Stack Administration: Administer and optimize Eloqua for campaign execution, segmentation, lead scoring, and compliance.
- Manage key tools across the Martech stack, including:
- MAP: Oracle Eloqua
- CRM & Data: Salesforce, Traction Complete, 6sense, D&B Rev.Up, D&B Optimizer
- Events: Cvent, Goldcast
- Project Management: Asana
- Campaign Operations & Team Leadership: Support the setup, QA, and deployment of global campaigns in collaboration with the Demand Center.
- Standardize and optimize document campaign processes, naming conventions, and folder structures.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to support tiered, persona-driven marketing programs.
- Support execution across email, webinar, virtual events, and web-based campaigns.
- Data Management & Compliance: Oversee GDPR-compliant segmentation, opt-in/opt-out logic, and contact rules.
- Maintain database governance, suppression lists, and deliverability best practices.
- Monitor lead routing logic and resolve mismatches, duplication, or delays across systems.
- Measurement & Reporting: Build reports and dashboards to track campaign engagement, lead funnel velocity, email health, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Partner with Analytics and Sales Ops to support multi-touch attribution, closed-loop reporting, and ROI measurement.
- Establish monthly reporting cadences for key stakeholders.
- Training & Cross-Functional Enablement: Provide Eloqua guidance and campaign best practices to marketers.
- Serve as subject matter expert on tool usage and campaign governance.
- Support onboarding, knowledge base creation, and internal troubleshooting.

Required Experience
- 5+ years in B2B Marketing Operations or Demand Generation
- Proven experience with Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce (certifications preferred)
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, routing, and data governance
- Comfortable with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g. 6sense, D&B)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, landing page and email template QA
- Deep understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and how to implement them in marketing systems
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional global teams
