We’re looking for a Sr Product Manager with expertise in Document & Workflow Automation platforms to join our team. This is a highly visible and impactful role, where you will lead the definition and delivery of platform features that enable intelligent, scalable, and secure automation for enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, the AI product lead, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You will act as a key executor and translator between strategic priorities and technical execution. This role is perfect for a product manager who thrives in ambiguity, has strong technical acumen, and enjoys delivering user-centric, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own feature development end-to-end: from discovery and problem framing through scoping, delivery, and iteration.

  • Collaborate closely with the AI product lead and engineering teams to deliver technically complex capabilities.
  • Conduct product discovery with internal and external stakeholders to validate pain points and potential solutions.

  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with UX and design teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly.

  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing and sales enablement to support go-to-market planning.
