You will design and embed planning frameworks, rhythms and governance to align Brand and Growth as a high-performing global unit. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment. You will partner with Product, Finance, Data, and regional teams to operationalise initiatives, ensuring scalable, measurable outcomes and a data-driven approach.
