A world-renowned food and beverage company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior leader within their Supply Technology function based in Glasgow. This is a 6-month initial contract opportunity and a fantastic chance for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leadership, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to a senior director, helping to ensure their schedule, meetings, travel and wider administrative responsibilities run smoothly.

  • Arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Providing general day-to-day administrative and PA support to the senior leadership team.

We’re looking for someone with around 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a strong background in PA, Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Site Coordinator roles. Experienced with standard Microsoft Office tools and administrative systems. Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense-management systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.
