Tunbridge Wells Care Centre in Royal Tunbridge Wells requires an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme. You will plan and lead both group and one-to-one activities, tailored to residents’ interests and care needs, including those living with dementia.
Working with the Home Manager and team, you’ll ensure activities are well organised, aligned with care plans, and records are maintained.
