PrimeCarers connects experienced, self-employed carers with families in Tunbridge Wells who want dementia support at home. You’ll work with people who benefit from patience, predictable routines and familiar surroundings — helping them remain safe and calm in their own homes. Whether you already work across Royal Tunbridge Wells or travel to nearby towns, this is ongoing work that values continuity of care for people living with dementia.

Dementia-focused roles typically involve companionship, prompting and assisting with daily tasks, supporting established routines, gentle reassurance during difficult moments, and liaising with family where needed. You won’t be asked to invent medical plans; you’ll support what’s already in place and bring your experience and judgement to each household.

This is a platform for self-employed carers. That means you set your own rates and choose your own clients, hours and service area.
