Position: Democratic Services Team Leader
Grade: 7 | 37 hours per week
We're looking for an experienced and organised professional to lead our Democratic Services Team and play a key role in supporting the Council's decision-making process. You'll manage a small team, work closely with elected Members and senior officers, and ensure committees, Cabinet and Full Council meetings run smoothly and effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in local government, committee administration, working with elected members, and team leadership who enjoys working in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment.
