We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant – Campaigns to join our team at the Assembly Hall Theatre, supporting the delivery of exciting shows and events across our venues. About the role
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will help plan, deliver and evaluate marketing campaigns across all venues. You’ll be at the heart of our promotional activity, helping to drive ticket sales, grow audiences and maximise income opportunities. You’ll also act as a key link between our marketing team and visiting production companies, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across theatre productions
- Writing engaging copy for campaigns, email marketing, digital content and printed materials
- Managing campaign assets and liaising with producers and partners
- Assisting with website content and digital marketing activity, including SEO and analytics
- Supporting audience development through targeted campaigns and data insights
- Monitoring performance and contributing to campaign reporting and improvements
- Helping to deliver advertising activity across a range of channels
- Attending events and press nights as part of the wider marketing team

- Financial: An attractive basic salary within a clear pay structure.
