Our client in Aberdeen is seeking a Heat Exchanger Engineer to support maintenance and servicing activities on plate heat exchangers. The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling, inspecting, measuring, and reassembling units while ensuring correct plate arrangement and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role may involve offshore and overseas travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, dismantle, and reassemble plate heat exchangers.
  • Ensure the correct placement and orientation of plates during assembly.
  • Carry out accurate measurements when opening and closing heat exchanger units.
  • Operate safely and effectively using pressure washing equipment for cleaning components.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
