Tulloch Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced CPCS Slinger/Signaller to support lifting operations on an ad hoc basis across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely attach and secure loads using appropriate lifting gear (slings, chains, hooks)
- Direct crane operations using clear hand signals or radio communication
- Plan lifts, assessing load weight, balance, and safe movement methods
- Inspect lifting equipment before use to ensure safety and compliance
- Monitor load movement to prevent hazards such as swinging or collisions
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
- Valid CPCS Card (Slinger/Signaller)
- Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations and site safety procedures
- Clear communication skills for working with crane operators and site teams
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
