We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced B2 Forklift Driver to join our team on an ongoing basis in Peterhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift within a busy yard environment, handling containers safely and efficiently.
Job Type: Ongoing / Full-Time
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Weekend work may be required as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a B2 forklift truck in a safe and efficient manner
- Load, unload, and move containers within the yard
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
- Support general yard duties as required
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
Requirements
- Valid B2 Forklift Licence
- Previous experience working in a yard or container environment preferred
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
Additional Requirements
- Successful candidates must pass a full medical assessment
- Drug & Alcohol test is required prior to starting
