Tulloch Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor to support a high workload across multiple live projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in structural steelwork, cladding, industrial and/or commercial construction who can help manage projects safely and efficiently.
Key Duties:
- Supervision of live construction sites
- Health & safety monitoring and site compliance
- Coordination of labour, plant and materials
- Assisting with procurement and programme management
- Monitoring quality and workmanship
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams
- Reporting progress and resolving site issues
- Assisting with cost control and variations
Desired Qualities/Qualifications:
- Construction site supervision/project management experience
- Good understanding of steelwork and/or cladding installations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Full UK driving licence
Preferred Qualifications:
- SMSTS (preferred)
- SSSTS considered
- CSCS card
- First Aid
- Knowledge of CDM and construction site safety procedures
