We are seeking experienced ATC Operators to support a range of offshore projects worldwide. This role is suited to candidates with a strong mechanical background, solid safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary offshore teams in challenging environments. The position is open to UK, EU, and overseas candidates who are flexible, safety-focused, and comfortable working on international assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical installation of equipment in accordance with survey and project guidelines
- Liaise closely with electricians to advise on electrical power and system requirements
- Operate systems safely under the direction of the Lead Engineer
- Adhere to all standard and local work procedures, including permits, checklists, and project documentation
- Perform maintenance and repair activities as required offshore
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all safety systems, alarms, and emergency procedures
- Actively participate in Toolbox Talks (TBTs), safety meetings, and pre-job briefings
- Ensure HARCs are completed, fully understood, and control measures are followed at all times
- Respond positively to client requests and apply available technology to improve operational efficiency
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of ATC technology and operational processes
- Provide input on best practices during operations and when scope changes occur
- Rig down, clean, and prepare systems for backload in line with offshore requirements
- Participate in job close-out activities
- Lead Hands to complete End of Job Reports and associated documentation

- Strong mechanical background
- Proven understanding of mechanical safety in offshore environments
- Experience working under Permit to Work systems and risk assessments
- Confined Space Entry certification
- Ability to operate HMI screens
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Experience with JSA, LWI, checklists, and offshore safety systems
- Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
