As Engineering Manager, you'll lead our engineering function to maximise plant reliability, efficiency, and safety - driving continuous improvement and supporting operational performance through effective maintenance strategies and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a preventative maintenance strategy to minimise downtime and optimise asset performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Manage engineering budgets, contractors, and procurement to deliver cost-effective operations
- Drive CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) optimisation to improve planning and asset reliability
- Collaborate with operations on continuous improvement initiatives and production targets
- Lead capital expenditure projects and planned shutdowns through to completion
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
