This is a brand new role providing full support to the Transport and Logistics department. You will have a keen eye for detail and excellent inputting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Updating daily order changes on system
- Inputting relevant data into Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
- Providing full support to 2 members of staff with all admin requirements within the department
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office-based administrative role, ideally within a transport, logistics or operations environment.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven setting with changing daily priorities.
- Organised, proactive and confident handling numerical information and operational data.
- A detail-focused and solutions-oriented approach to your work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confidence using MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage and update information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, depots and hauliers.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous but not essential; need to be IT literate.
This is a full-time office-based role, working from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
