The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

This is a brand new role providing full support to the Transport and Logistics department. You will have a keen eye for detail and excellent inputting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating daily order changes on system
  • Inputting relevant data into Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Providing full support to 2 members of staff with all admin requirements within the department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office-based administrative role, ideally within a transport, logistics or operations environment.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven setting with changing daily priorities.
  • Organised, proactive and confident handling numerical information and operational data.
  • A detail-focused and solutions-oriented approach to your work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Confidence using MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage and update information.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, depots and hauliers.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous but not essential; need to be IT literate.

This is a full-time office-based role, working from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
