Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Mechanical Plant Fitter to join their expanding organisation in Farnborough, Hampshire. This opportunity will suit an individual with a strong mechanical background as you will require the ability to repair plant equipment from 110v hand tools, 3 phase to diesel machines, robotic demolition machines and hybrid plant.
Whether you are an experienced plant technician or from the automotive/industrial maintenance industries, with ongoing training your skills will easily transfer into the specialist workshop. The company are willing to provide training as necessary on these items of specialist plant but the right candidate must have a strong knowledge for general and mechanical repairs.
Your own tools will be required if you are successful. High standards are required, and a positive outlook is sought after to add to their current team.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional overtime required.
