A highly organised Operations Administrator is required to join a reputable organisation located in Camberley, Surrey on a permanent basis. Assisting the Construction Director, you will provide comprehensive administrative support in a range of duties to ensure smooth running of the department.

Key duties:
- Weekly reporting and production of various reports
- Management of weekly payroll
- Uploading paperwork onto COINS and recording checks
- Daily monitoring and recording of surveys
- Ensuring all plant equipment is inspected and recorded & booking health assessments for forklift drivers
- Assisting the Construction Manager with construction phase plans, working at height documents and any other documents required for a new site.
- Health & safety - management and allocation of scored tasks & attend quarterly health & safety meetings to discuss any issues
- Manage training & inductions for the construction team
- CSCS card audits
- Holiday recording for weekly staff
- Contract of Employment for weekly paid staff and additional HR letters
- Reception cover
Required skills:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in managing and prioritising multiple tasks
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
