Job Title: Customer Support Advisor Location: Greenham, Newbury Salary: £12.93 per hour Job Type: On-going temporary About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team on an on-going temporary basis. This role is part of a vital project focused on updating customer records, specifically gathering and recording information regarding customer vulnerabilities and any support they may require. This is a repetitive yet highly important role that requires a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in every customer interaction. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week Key Responsibilities: * Contact customers by phone to update details of any vulnerabilities * Record information accurately and securely in internal systems * Provide a compassionate, professional, and clear phone experience * Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy in sensitive situations Requirements: * Previous call handling experience is essential * Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to follow structured processes while demonstrating empathy
