Tulip Academy in Spalding is inviting applications for a Behaviour Manager. Primarily based at Tulip West with support at Tulip East, the postholder will support the Behaviour Lead to maintain a calm, safe and positive learning environment, promoting restorative practice and positive relationships across the school. The role uses the Behaviour Smart system and requires DBS disclosure, medical and reference checks.
