Tula Code is an artisanal chocolate brand built on craftsmanship, wellness, and longevity-driven ingredients. We make clean, refined chocolate — no refined sugars, thoughtfully sourced — stocked in premium delis and well-known stores across the UK, with international expansion underway.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Chocolate Production Assistant to run our daily production. This role suits someone who already knows their way around a professional kitchen, bakery, or pâtisserie — you understand working to recipes, hygiene standards, and the pace of a production day. Direct chocolate experience is a bonus, but a strong pastry or bakery background is exactly what we're after. We'll train you on our specific chocolate methods (including tempering and our recipes); you bring real food-production experience from day one.

Day to day:

  • Daily chocolate making and production — tempering, moulding, and following our recipes and quality standards
  • Packaging finished products with care and precision
  • Kitchen maintenance and end-of-shift clean-down
  • Working closely with the founder in a small, collaborative team
  • Getting involved across the business as we scale

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in pastry, bakery, or a commercial kitchen (chocolate or chocolatier experience is a plus, but not essential)
  • Confident working to recipes and quality standards in a production environment
  • Reliable, efficient, and able to run the daily production yourself once trained on our methods
  • Careful and consistent with your hands and your workspace
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (or equivalent working knowledge)
  • A genuine eye for quality and an interest in premium, clean food

What we offer:

  • Pay £13–£15/hr, dependent on experience
  • Work directly with the founder in a fast-growing UK brand expanding internationally
  • A role with real responsibility and room to grow as we scale

Location: Highgate, N6 — on-site, full-time (some flexibility on hours for the right person).
