Growth/Marketing Co-founder

Full-Time No home office possible

Tuki is the marketplace app for buying and selling plants. We are pre-launch, in the testing stage, with a complete MVP ready for user testing before we seek investment. We need an ambitious, creative, determined co-founding team member that will be responsible for leading our user acquisition drive in the short-term, and becoming our full-time CMO in the long-term.

As a founding member, you\’ll be working in a small team consisting of the co-founding couple, as well as a technical co-founder (soon to be hired). We would expect that you can make it to meet in person in London once every couple of weeks.

Role Description

We have validated that there is a market for this app. The next stage is to prove that we can acquire and maintain users. To do this, we want to bring into the team someone that lives and breathes user growth digital marketing and wants to own this facet of the business.

This will involve developing a full marketing strategy plan using their expertise in digital marketing, PR, social media, as well as producing all content, running any/all offline events.

There may be a small budget we can allocate towards growth, but we need someone that can find ways to get us users using nothing but effort and creativity!

Qualifications

Understanding of growth strategies for mobile apps.
Ability to create engaging content or manage content creators to produce on-brand material.
Expertise with multiple user acquisition strategies and proficiency with necessary digital tools.
Strong communication skills, vision, and creativity.
Sense of humour, empathy for others, mixed with a determination to get things done.

This role is shares-only until we reach investment and/or income generation at which stage a fair salary will be implemented.
