What will you contribute?

The Senior Sales Executive will generate revenue by selling Teciem software solutions and services to new prospects within assigned territory. The focus is the acquisition of new clients by positioning the value Teciem products and services can bring to clients. The candidate must be a motivated individual, with a sense of ownership and urgency, he/she needs to understand complex software sales and have a proven track record. The candidate must have a passion for sales, with a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Develop and execute a structured new logo sales strategy for the UK region

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and commit forecasts with accuracy

  • Create pipeline: outbound prospecting, network leverage, and targeted campaigns

  • Understand drivers and turn complex client pain points into compelling, high-value solutions

  • Own deals end-to-end: land, advance, close

  • Engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at board level

  • Work cross-functionally to deliver compelling, tailored, winning propositions

  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene for opportunity reporting and forecast rigor

Who We're Looking For

  • A structured, goal-oriented individual with a university degree

  • 10–15 years’ experience in complex enterprise software sales

  • Proven track record in new business acquisition (hunter profile)

  • Hunter DNA – you build pipeline, not wait for it

  • Strong network within the UK financial services sector

  • Experience selling into treasury, capital markets or banking functions

  • Credibility and gravitas with senior and C-level stakeholders

  • High drive, urgency, grit, and accountability
